We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Your ability to engage with customers and showcase our offerings will be key to driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping/health care experience.

Duties

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about features and benefits. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Stay informed about new products, home health care, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales is preferred, showcasing strong sales abilities. Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. Strong communication skills in English Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features effectively. A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others find the right solutions.
