Overview

We are a busy Pharmacy & Smoothie Bar serving Marda Loop and surrounding communities!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Store Associate.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience. Craft and Serve Delicious Smoothies and Specialty Tea Lattes. Maintain an organized and visually front store, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Address customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette when handling calls. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Assist Front Store Lead in inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing merchandise. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous for promoting specific products or services. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
