Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front end of the establishment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders promptly
Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues as needed
Knowledge of Malayalam Language will be preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
