We are looking for a
Front Office & Sales Manager
to lead our front office operations while also driving sales initiatives and creating a sales-focused culture within the guest services team.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of
8+ front desk associates and supervisors
, ensuring top-tier guest service and operational efficiency.
Oversee all
front office operations
, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, billing, and issue resolution.
Manage
night audit functions
, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting.
Handle
guest complaints professionally
, both in person and through
online channels (guest surveys, social media, and review platforms)
.
Maintain and grow
corporate client relationships
, including hosting site tours for corporate and banquet clients.
Manage
invoicing, RFPs, and hotel pricing strategy
.
Leverage
Microsoft Excel
and IT tools for scheduling, reporting, and forecasting.
Drive
corporate sales
by generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and supporting the banquet and events team.
Foster a
sales culture among the front desk team
, encouraging upselling and proactive guest engagement.
Collaborate with other departments (banquets, restaurant, sales) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven Front Office experience
in a hotel setting.
Supervisory experience
, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Knowledge of
night audit procedures
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and strong general
IT skills
.
Experience with
corporate accounts, invoicing, RFPs, and hotel pricing management
.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Visual Matrix, Avalon, POS systems, or Ambience
.
Sales or social media management experience
in a hospitality context.
Strong
upselling and lead-generation skills
.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience).
