What You'll Do:

Greet clients and pets with genuine warmth and enthusiasm Answer phones, take accurate messages, and assist callers in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars efficiently Tackle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and proofreading with precision Keep the reception area and exam rooms tidy and welcoming Share information about our services and surgical procedures with prospective clients Handle questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is preferred Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and learning new software quickly Experience in a medical or veterinary setting is a plus, but not required Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to remain calm and courteous--even in challenging situations Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro
