We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing quotes to customers, booking appointments and directing calls to others when needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Handle insurance claims through SGI and 3rd party insurance companies.
Perform administrative tasks through QuickBooks, such as invoicing, accounts receivable, data entry, maintaining customer records in compliance with privacy regulations and filing.
Operate office equipment, including phone systems, computers, and printers, to support daily operations.
Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance overall office efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills
Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and files.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A willingness to learn and be trained.
