## Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed
- Support customer service activities by responding to inquiries promptly
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as scheduling and record keeping

## Requirements
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using software applications such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental office operations is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
