Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, particularly in the hospitality industry. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for managing multi-line phone systems effectively. A background in guest services or hotel operations will be beneficial for understanding the needs of our guests. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in all interactions.
