Front Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Administrator to manage our front desk, company emails, showroom orders, and assist with sales activities.

Responsibilities:



Greet customers and handle phone/email inquiries in a professional manner Manage and respond to company emails promptly Order, track, and maintain showroom stock and supplies Assist with sales, including customer follow-ups and support with transactions Maintain basic records and support bookkeeping tasks Keep the showroom organized, clean, and presentable

Requirements:



1-2 years of reception or administrative experience preferred Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience managing orders and inventory/stock Experience supporting sales or customer service preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic bookkeeping knowledge (experience with QuickBooks is an asset) Team player, proactive, and dependable College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
