Overview

We are looking for a front-of-house team member to become part of our energetic and welcoming fitness studio! In this role, you'll be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the management team with daily operations. You'll greet and engage clients, conduct studio tours, ensure smooth check-ins, and maintain a strong understanding of our systems, policies, and offerings. You'll also collaborate with fitness instructors and the management team to ensure every client enjoys a seamless, exceptional experience at our studio.

Responsibilities

Greet, check-in and engage clients in a positive, friendly manner to ensure they feel welcome and valued. Provide the highest level of customer service to both existing and prospective clients. Share information about pricing, class schedules, and services with prospective clients. Conduct studio tours for new clients, introducing them to the studio's offerings and atmosphere. Assist management with daily operations of the studio to ensure smooth functioning. Work alongside and support instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience. Maintain knowledge of the Mariana Tek system and utilize it efficiently for bookings, client management, and inquiries. Respond promptly to studio emails and notify the management if further assistance is needed. Gain a thorough understanding of our policies, procedures, studio classes, and equipment to effectively support retail operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with Mariana Tek is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
