Front of House Team Member - Primrose Bagel Co.

Primrose Bagel Co. is looking for an experienced, energetic

Front of House Team Member

to join our crew. You'll be a bagel ambassador--taking orders, handling payments, serving guests, and keeping the counter running smoothly. A positive, friendly attitude is a must. A passion for bagels and a love for building a community a major plus.

You will also have a chance to learn about baking and food preparation. We are a close-knit team and every member is an equal contributor.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in food service, bakery and customer-facing roles Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills A friendly, professional attitude and attention to detail Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a fast-moving, community-focused team A passion for bagels and baked goods

Responsibilities:

Take orders and process payments accurately Provide warm, efficient service to every guest Maintain a clean and organized work station and dining area Assist with food portioning and basic bakery tasks Support the team in daily operations

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking a candidate with a positive can-do attitude who is comfortable working in a

busy, faced paced environment

and thrives in a small close-knit team.

1+ year(s) experience in a food and beverage customer service role Proficient in operating POS systems (familiarity with Square POS and Ubereats a plus) Provides warm and friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile Ability to work in a busy, faced-paced setting while prioritizing positive customer service and cleanliness at all times Knowledge or the desire to learn about bagels and appetizing foods
This is a full-time position with 4-5 shifts a week. Shifts are typically from 7am to 3pm. Weekend availability is required. Following a three-month probationary period employees gain access to a full company health benefits package.
