About the Role

As the

Front of House Team Member

, you'll be the anchor of the guest experience. You'll manage the dining room flow, coordinate reservations and waitlists, support table service, and ensure every customer feels genuinely welcome. You'll lead with calm confidence, even when handling difficult guests, and bring joyful energy to each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Set the tone for hospitality with a warm, welcoming presence Manage the dining room layout and service flow in real time Oversee the waitlist and reservation system with clarity and efficiency Take and follow up on drink orders; deliver drinks promptly Support food service as needed, ensuring smooth guest experiences Clear and reset tables to keep the dining space inviting and clean Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and care Understand and communicate our food offerings in detail Contribute to a respectful, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay composed and lead under pressure Organizational confidence with managing both people and systems Natural enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Interest in Japanese cuisine and a desire to learn more
