What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Front of House team during busy evening and weekend shifts, ensuring smooth service and a positive vibe.
Act as a key support for the General Manager, assisting with daily restaurant operations and maintaining our high standards.
Be hands-on and visible on the floor: help run food, touch tables, manage seating, and jump in to support your team wherever needed.
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, empowering them to deliver the genuine hospitality OJ's is known for.
Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, turning any challenge into a great experience.
Ensure the restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.
What You Bring to the Table:
Required:
1+ years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Key Holder, Team Lead, Supervisor) within a full-service restaurant or bar.
A proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for guest service and a knack for building rapport with customers and team members alike.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool and effective under pressure.
ProServe certification is required.
Must have availability to work a flexible schedule, with a focus on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
