We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front of house. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and exceptional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the front of house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Oversee reservations, seating, and customer inquiries
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food handling and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in bartending or cooking is a plus
