We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to assist in daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant management. This role involves supervising staff, managing food safety protocols, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as maintaining Cora brand standards
Manage staff, including training, and supervising team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
