We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Front Of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house staff, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and managing the overall customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the front of house staff. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. Train and motivate front of house staff to provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front of house staff. Monitor the performance of the front of house staff and provide feedback and guidance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
