Red Chilli Szechuan Restaurant is a popular Chinese restaurant located in North Vancouver (Lower Lonsdale), offering an authentic Szechuan culinary experience. With 25+ years of experience, we've proudly served the North Shore community with delicious, authentic food and warm hospitality.

For nearly a decade, we've been recognized as a Readers' Choice Award winner, a testament to our focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a reliable Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn, comfortable with handling POS systems, and able to communicate in both English and Chinese to serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

:

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm. ??Accurately process dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders using the POS system. ??Handle payments with accuracy and efficiency. Support basic administrative tasks, including monthly sales reporting and managing supplier invoices. ??Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. ??Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members. ??Provide excellent service that reflects our restaurant's reputation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Chinese Restaurant. ??Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Candidates residing in North Shore are preferred. ??Ability to quickly learn and handle POS systems. ??Valid Serving It Right certificate required. ??Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ??Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
