Key Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is an asset Valid Serving It Rightcertification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, upbeat, and passionate about guest experience Enthusiastic about food, drink, and hospitality Reliable, professional, and accountable Availability to work weekends and holidays Driven to grow and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences Support your team by running food, clearing tables, and maintaining smooth service flow Communicate clearly and collaborate with teammates and leadership Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves satisfied Uphold Moxies' service standards and role-model positive, team-focused behaviours
