We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services. Assist in food preparation as needed, following proper food handling guidelines.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in food service. Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on hospitality. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining professionalism. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
