Overview:

As a Front House Salesperson at 6 Cloud, you will be the face of our cafe, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience, from greeting them at the door to guiding them through our menu and offering product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude as soon as they enter the cafe. Provide detailed information about the menu, including souffle options and any special promotions. Guide customers to their tables and assist with any special requests or inquiries. Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.

Sales Support:

Assist in upselling products and suggesting pairings (e.g., desserts, drinks) to enhance the customer's experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

Ensure the front house (entry, seating area, and counter) is always clean, organized, and presentable. Regularly sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces to maintain a safe environment. Monitor and replenish stock (e.g., napkins, menus) to ensure customers always have what they need. Follow all health and safety protocols to guarantee a clean and welcoming space for both staff and customers.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen and back house team to ensure smooth operations and quick service. Communicate effectively with the team about customer needs, feedback, and orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations is a plus. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per year
