Job Overview
As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area in a restaurant. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities
- Train, schedule, and manage front of house staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times
- Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies and place orders as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bartending experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
