We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our front-of-house team operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities of the role:
Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and barista/bartenders.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations and liquor service regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service flow.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Monitor inventory and ordering.
Oversee the POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling, process cash outs and staff tips.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
