We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate
Manager on duty
to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities ?
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
Manage staff training, and performance evaluation
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in cost control, and achieving sales targets
Requirements ?
Minimum 1 years of restaurant management or 5 years restaurant experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of food safety and service standards
Flexible schedule; able to work evenings and weekends
Proficiency in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset)
