Front of House Manager
The Irish Harp Pub is hiring a Front of House Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Owner, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager, this vital role will help oversee the daily operations of the pub and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Shifts
Primarily Wednesday to Sunday, 4 PM - 12 AM
Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Monday and Tuesday off, unless covering for another manager

Salary based on experience

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service
Manage inventory levels, labor costs, and overall expenses
Train, coach, and evaluate staff, providing regular feedback and corrective action as needed
Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the front-of-house
Create and maintain effective employee schedules to meet business demands
Complete and maintain required reports and paperwork
Enforce company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with government regulations, including public health and safety
Identify and correct unsafe practices or conditions
Adapt to the changing needs of the business and management team
Qualifications
2+ years of front-of-house supervisory experience or equivalent
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, math, and technical skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
