Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast paced establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. hospitality management experience and weekend availability is a must. Barista experience is a bonus!

Duties

Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages excellence in service. Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are met. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations. Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it meets our standards for presentation.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functions is advantageous. A background in hotel management is a plus but not required.
