We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant operations.
Operate and excel as a Host, Expo and Bartender, driving guest experience and sales with professional finesse, while also actively participating in on-the-job training for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and overall dining experience.
- Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
Skills
- Strong background in restaurant management and hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and food handling protocols.
- Ability to conduct interviews and train new staff members.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid AGLC ProServe certification.
- Great communication skills (using written and spoken English).
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is considered an asset.
