We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team. Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Supervise and train staff, including servers and bartenders, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Manage the POS system to ensure accurate billing and efficient service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline service and enhance menu offerings.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance to maintain high operational standards.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus, along with familiarity with kitchen operations.
Experience with POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction management.
A commitment to food safety standards and practices is essential for this role.
