The Front and Back of House Assistant and Dishwasher is responsible for assisting in the lunchroom, kitchen and working in the dishwashing area. The main responsibilities include serving clients and guests, ensuring a clean and orderly kitchen and lunch room, assisting with food serving, and cleaning after meal servises.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure all food service to the guests is uniformly prompt, courteous, and cheerful.
Ensure food preparation, food storage, serving and dining areas are clean and organized.
Wash, dry and put away all dishes and kitchen utensils.
Mop and sweep kitchen and dining area floors. Take out garbage and replace garbage bags.
Clearing and cleaning tables both during and after meal service.
Organize food deliveries including unloading food, and ensure all food is stored in a safe manner.
Ensure the Front of House is well stocked, presentable, and all food items are of good quality.
Take requests from clients and guests for alternative meal items.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any deficiencies to the Kitchen Manager.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
Other duties as assigned.
