We are looking for (3) FOH Junior Managers to join our team! Keep reading below to learn more about each position!

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for many different aspects of what makes The Canadian Brewhouse the \xe2\x80\x98Place People Want to Be.\xe2\x80\x99

Responsibilities:
  • Handle difficult situations and tackle them with your brain powers!!!
  • Table touching, ensuring all guests are receiving that \xe2\x80\x98wow\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Lead, coach, and mentor your team to embrace the Canadian Brewhouse values and culture
  • Monitor and troubleshoot building maintenance
  • Working closely with your General Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the store
  • Support yourself and your team to grow to their full potential within our company!
The Bar Manager is the connection between management and staff members, ensuring all updates are implemented by the whole team, and any notes or changes are carried out. They will have a focus on working with the bartenders to keep the bar operating at its best, and will act as a leader among the bar team.

Responsibilities:
  • Constantly manages to maintain the proper level of service and quality products throughout the bar area to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handles any guest complaint in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the bar team
  • Participate in weekly manager meetings to provide feedback and information on the operations of the bar
  • Proactively monitoring labor of bar staff in accordance with budgets versus business volume
  • Promotes teamwork and resolves team member conflicts constructively and professionally
  • Provide ongoing direction and feedback to bar staff to maintain and improve performance
