Aramark Remote Workplace Services are hiring for Front of House General Kitchen Helper for a remote lodge near Geraldton, ON. The Front of House General Kitchen Helper is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is well maintained and stocked during high services hours. The maintenaning and cleanliness of the kitchen, stocking etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Comprehensive benefit packages are offered Transportation is provided out of Thunder Bay, ON Travel allowance is available for some areas that are further away Rotation are 20 days on 10 days off

Job Responsibilities

Ensure all front-of-house food stations are fully stocked with fresh sandwiches, fruits, beverages, and other essential items throughout service hours. Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock to maintain availability and presentation standards Conduct regular checks to ensure all food items meet quality and freshness standards. Remove and replace any items that do not meet company guidelines to uphold food safety and customer satisfaction. Prepare and organize food displays to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to anticipate demand and maintain smooth operations Ensure food items are attractively presented and easily accessible to customers. Support a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
