We are seeking Energetic, Enthusiastic and Dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from the moment they enter. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist in food preparation as needed, following food safety guidelines. Handle payment transactions and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house area. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health regulations. Provide assistance to team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service experience. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Capability to assist in food preparation tasks as required. A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
