Your responsibilities will include taking orders, handling payments, and assisting with food service operations. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and service counters. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting with customers effectively.
