Salary: $18.00 - 21.00 per hour Position: Front of House Coordinator

Full time availability, open to working across two other locations in Vaughan , and Avenue & Lawrence is a bonus.

Able to work weekends and evenings a must


This person is responsible for the smooth operations at the front of house and is measured on the overall success of the location in the following categories:

Client Experience Client Loyalty Conversion & Rebooks

The Front of House Coordinator summary of responsibilities:



Running the front the front of house and all tasks associated with maintaining the highest level of client experience for all WAXON Clients Front of house coordination in managing appointments, phone calls & emails Meeting sales expectations in loyalty & rebook conversion Dealing with lower-level client complaints and following WAXON protocols for client resolution Managing the Guest Service team and ensuring they are meeting performance expectations Hosting weekly one on one's with Guest service team Assisting with the Guest service team schedules Administrative tasks Assisting the Regional Manager in monthly Inventory tasks

Key Requirements:



Presented polished & professional, with full WAXON uniform A people person with strong communication skills Strong ability in sales Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Takes initiative Being a strong ambassador of the WAXON brand Demonstrating WAXON core values to the highest standard Following all WAXON policies + procedures

At least 2 years experience in Reception / customer service

Professional and motivated Hospitality-focused approach/attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task duties

Able to work weekends and evenings is a must
