Key Responsibilities
Lead barista training and coffee quality control Maintain consistent espresso and drip coffee standards Manage bar flow, barista coaching, and drink station setup Oversee coffee-related inventory (beans, milks, syrups, supplies) Monitor and maintain equipment performance and cleanliness Support the launch of seasonal features and promotional drinks Contribute to a calm, focused, and hospitality-driven bar culture Collaborate with the FOH Manager and FOH Customer Lead on service flow and goals
Qualifications & Skills
Experience working on a specialty coffee bar (trainer or leadership experience is an asset) Strong technical knowledge of espresso, brewing, and equipment care Confident teaching and mentoring others in a real-time service environment Calm, steady presence with a keen eye for consistency and detail Passion for hospitality, community, and inclusive team environments Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
