We are looking for someone who can rally a team to focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences to commercial lines clients with unique needs. This will be a hybrid role (office requirement of 3 days per week), where the selected candidate will lead a team of eight adjusters that handle claims nationally in the GCS space.

What you will do:Build an environment for people to do their best work

Support the goals and objectives of the GCS team
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including brokers, risk managers, the Large Loss Team, underwriting and business development
Address customer concerns using strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Look for new and incremental ways to improve things every day for the customer
Build and sustain high performance culture
Participate in special projects as required
What you'll bring:University degree/college diploma, CIP or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience as a casualty claim adjuster combined with leadership experience
Strong understanding of CGL, D&O, TP PD and Auto Bodily Injury claims
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Ability to develop and maintain a high level of team engagement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
