Position Overview:

As a Cashier & Front Line Team Member, you'll be the face of The Poke Bowl--welcoming guests, building bowls to order, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide exceptional service Accurately take orders and process payments at the register Guide guests through our menu and help them customize their poke bowls or nori burritos Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls with attention to presentation and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front line, dining area, and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required--we'll train the right person! Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
