Position Overview
As a
Front Line Agent
, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels supported and valued. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Document all interactions and update customer records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online tools/CRM systems
Previous customer service or call center experience is an asset, but not required
