Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant restaurant environment. This role involves interacting with customers, managing food service operations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience with food preparation, serving, or cashiering is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
