, you'll help greet customers, serve desserts, and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere that reflects our fun and creative brand. You'll also play a role in our mission to bring

innovative, eye-catching pastries

that will leave everyone impressed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Manage daily shop activities and ensure smooth operations Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and overall shop presentation Help manage inventory and order supplies as needed Follow health, safety, and brand guidelines Assist with team communication and collaboration during service Handle customer feedback and create memorable dessert experiences

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills At least

1 year

of experience in retail, cafe, or food service (preferred) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of POS systems and shop operations A positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail Passion for desserts and hospitality
