Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor
to our front-store team -- someone who shares our commitment to care, teamwork, and community impact.
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable
Customer Service Supervisor
to lead our front-end retail team. The ideal candidate excels in providing exceptional customer service, overseeing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
This role is vital to ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and supporting daily store operations. Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or grocery store environments is preferred, along with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily front-store operations, including merchandising, cash handling, and customer service standards
Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
Manage cashiering duties, including returns, exchanges, and reconciliation
Supervise, train, and motivate front-end staff to maintain high service and operational standards
Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and restocking shelves
Support inventory management through replenishment, rotation, and vendor ordering
Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Uphold strong phone and in-person communication etiquette
Assist with onboarding and developing new team members
Assist in the dispensary as needed
Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
Skills & Qualifications
Previous
retail and customer service experience
required;
supervisory or keyholder experience
an asset
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are an asset
Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor with strong customer service focus
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
High level of initiative, motivation, and accountability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Security or loss prevention background is considered an asset
Completion of a 3-month probation period
Employment Details
Wage:
$20/hour more dependent on experience.
Hours:
Full-time (32-40 hours/week)
Vacation:
2 weeks paid vacation (4%) for full-time and part-time employees; casual employees receive vacation pay on each paycheque

Available after 3 months for full-time employees (includes dental, drug, vision, and paramedical coverage)

Notice Period:
Minimum 2 weeks' notice required to resign or change employment status after commitment period
Once the schedule is posted, employees are responsible for arranging shift coverage for personal time off (subject to Pharmacy Manager approval)
