Job Description

What You'll Do:



Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members

Lead the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

Train, motivate, and support staff to deliver consistent, friendly service

Jump in where needed -- taking orders, answering questions, and solving problems with a smile

Help manage flow, quality, and presentation at the counter and cafe area

What You Bring:



Strong communication and leadership skills

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead customer service role

Passion for hospitality and team culture

Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and solution-focused

A love for bagels doesn't hurt
