Your role:
Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure every customer receives superb customer service using the SMART service model
Ensure associates and customers are aware of current promotions and financing options
Lead the sales team by giving examples and assisting team members when needed
Manage store opening and closing duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
The qualifications we are looking for:
Ability to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
Quick and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to research and analyze causes, innovative approach to solutions
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently respond to associates\' requests, build relationships, and resolve conflicts
Commitment to providing SMART customer service
Good customer service skills to be able to assess customer requirements and make recommendations
Retail, sales, or customer service experience (required)
