World of Spas is looking for a mature part-time front end retail staff.

Experience: Retail / Customer service experience.

High school diploma

required

Reception experience

Customer service experience

Basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Gmail and general computer knowledge

required

Cashier experience ideal but not required.

Service and parts experience ideal but not required.

Description of position (but not limited too):

-Answering multiple telephone lines, taking detailed messages and transferring calls to appropriate co-workers.

-Taking part orders, handling payments, collecting signatures, and filing documents accordingly.

-Receiving shipments, tracking inventory, processing received parts and contacting customers in a timely and organized manner.

-General Cleaning duties which are: daily maintenance of store, mopping, wiping down tubs, and other upkeep as required.

-Processing and handling chemical and retail sales.

Position is casual 2-4 days a week from 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM including some Saturdays. No evenings and no Sundays.

We are looking for someone who is mature, hardworking and can work on their own effectively. Successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, dedicated and organized. Sales Experience is an asset.

Must be team player and enjoy working with the public on a daily basis.
