Job Description

Come and join a stable work environment where your regular evening shift responsibilities start at 2:00pm - 9:00pm for 4-5 shifts a week, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a pleasant individual with a clear speaking voice to welcome people into our clinic and answer phone calls directly with clients. There are multiple computer software programs that are involved with the scheduling and billing of clients as well as an online portal in submitting extended Health care claims.

Experience with customer service, bookings and electronic health submissions would be an asset as well as knowledge of a physiotherapy / medical clinical setting. Additional duties would include communication with insurance companies regarding motor vehicle claims.

There are other duties that include laundry, walking clients back to their therapists, cleaning beds / common areas.

Benefits will include 4% Vacation pay, Stat holiday pay.
