That includes a data entry component where you will be creating and maintaining accurate patient medication profiles, entering new prescriptions, and liaising with patients to ensure their medication needs are being met. It also includes a reimbursement component where you will be processing and adjudicating prescriptions, and solving any related issues.In addition to helping Canadiansxe2x80x99 live healthier lives, we offer a competitive salary and total rewards package, along with a positive work environment built on solid corporate values: integrity, mutual respect, collaboration and passion for healthcare.Essential FunctionsGather information to create and maintain patient medication profilesAccurately enter patientxe2x80x99s prescription information into the pharmacy software as well as maintain patientxe2x80x99s medication profile updates.Investigate and solve data entry related escalationsAccurately process and adjudicate prescriptions through Kroll pharmacy softwareResolve issues related to adjudicationCollaborate with other pharmacy team members to ensure that medication is being dispensed on a timely manner for continuation of therapies.Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and through other communication channelsAddress any billing and invoicing issues in a timely mannerSupport inventory control and inventory managementEscalate complex situations as necessaryQualifications1 Year of pharmacy-related experience in a Kroll-pharmacy based settingWorking knowledge of processing and adjudicating prescriptionsProficient in Kroll software is a MUSTIntermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.Experience with CRM system will be an assetKnowledge of pharmaceutical mathExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethics and positive attitude is a mustStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionHighly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to shift priorities working within established timelinesDemonstrates initiative (learn processes and procedures, various benefits) and displays self-motivation to grasp new concepts quicklyWhat we offer:Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus structureBenefits are available to both full-time and part-time permanent employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per weekAnnual Performance Bonus and Pension Plan Contribution for Permanent employeesEmployee Family Assistance Program20 PTO days to start for Full-time Permanent employeesOpportunity for career advancement within our growing companyCorporate business hours (8 AM-6PM) & Occasional Saturdays.Internal Application Deadline: April 9, 2025Express Scripts Canada is a Cigna companyExpress Scripts Canada is a subsidiary of Express Scripts, a Cigna company.
