About Us

Studio Hon is a bright and welcoming tattoo studio in downtown Saskatoon.
We specialise in fine line, floral, anime and black n grey, and we focus on comfort, kindness and professionalism for every client.

Position Overview

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet guests, assist with bookings, manage messages and help maintain a smooth daily workflow in the studio.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with a warm and professional attitude Manage appointments through Instagram, email and booking tools Answer questions about preparation, aftercare and studio policies Keep the front desk tidy and organised Support studio opening and closing routines Process payments and maintain simple records Communicate clearly with artists about schedules and client details Provide calm and helpful support during busy times

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and consistent work ethic Someone who is attentive, proactive and has good work sense Comfortable using Instagram and basic office tools & create Able to multitask in a fast paced environment Friendly, respectful and professional Interest in the tattoo industry is an asset Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule

Monday to Saturday Three days per week on a rotating schedule Expected weekly hours: 22 to 25 hours Regular shift: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm Schedule will be discussed during the interview
