LEAD FRONT END SUPERVISOR



(Full Time)
REPORTS TO Store Manager

Responsibilities:



Supervise daily operations of the Front End Dept.

Thoroughly understand store / department vision to articulate and communicate to staff.

Manages department staff by hiring, providing clear direction, reviewing performance, providing timely feedback.

Ensures customer service standards by maintaining department appearance, greeting customers and responding to their needs, concerns, inquiries, as well resolving issues and complaints.

Ensures compliance with government legislation and company standards including food safety & OHS directives.

Perform Store Manager in Charge responsibilities as scheduled and required.

Required Skills & Abilities:



Great customer service skills

Excellent communication and people skills.

Ability to lead, management and develop a team of 6 or more employees

Ability to read, understand and positively effect period financial results.

Computer skills

Ability to multi task and work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

Effective problem solving skill
