Thoroughly understand store / department vision to articulate and communicate to staff.
Manages department staff by hiring, providing clear direction, reviewing performance, providing timely feedback.
Ensures customer service standards by maintaining department appearance, greeting customers and responding to their needs, concerns, inquiries, as well resolving issues and complaints.
Ensures compliance with government legislation and company standards including food safety & OHS directives.
Perform Store Manager in Charge responsibilities as scheduled and required.
