Key Responsibilities

Take and enter customer orders quickly and accurately Provide warm, efficient customer service in person and by phone Ask questions, understand customer needs, and offer solutions Upsell appropriately by guiding customers to better options Solve problems on the spot and take initiative without waiting to be told Prep, unpack, and process floral shipments (cold environment, heavy lifting) Wrap bouquets and pack arrangements for delivery Maintain strict cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, wiping, organizing Handle emotional customer situations with professionalism and empathy Follow all shop rules, including zero phone use during work hours

Schedule and Shifts

Open 7 days a week Team members work 5 days on rotation Shifts are 7 to 8 hours Morning shifts start between 6:30 and 7:00 AM Closing shifts go until 8:30 PM or until tasks are complete Weekend availability required This is a committed role, not a side job

Position: Floral Shop Front Person Type: Full-time Pay: 19.00 to 21.00 per hour based on experience Typing test required, minimum 60 WPM
