Salon Felice is an award-winning Aveda salon known for sustainable beauty practices and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for an experienced, professional and friendly
Front End Concierge
to join our team as the first point of contact for our guests.What You'll Do
Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins, payments, and bookings. Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling with professionalism. Promote retail sales, encourage rebooking, and support salon policies. Assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining a polished front desk area. Support social media by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and helping with promotions. Provide outstanding customer care, problem solving, and communication between clients and stylists.
What We Offer
$22/hour to start Retail sales commission (5-10%) Discount on all Aveda products and services
Who You Are
Friendly, professional, and highly organized, with minimum 5 years experience. Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with technology, social media, and multitasking ((Must have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canava etc).
