Our client is looking for an outgoing individual to oversee the front-end operations of their bakery! The ideal candidate will oversee the customer-facing operations of the bakery, showing leadership, creativity, and innovation.

• Providing superb customer service \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c fostering positive guest relationships with a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and hospitality
• Working alongside the cashiers taking customers orders, making product recommendations, and resolving customer complaints
• Occasionally assisting with managerial duties such as directing workflow, scheduling, training, and planning
• Assisting with bakery operations, such as preparation, baking, and maintaining a high degree of cleanliness
• Merchandising \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c creating attractive displays and filling inventory when needed
• Driving innovation by providing new suggestions to improve operations as the company enters a new stage of growth

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef / Baker
• 1 year experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong communication skills
• A focus on and passion for customer service
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended period of time

• Culinary Education
• Management / Business Education
